SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

What is the mode of shipping? 

We are shipping products by reputed courier companies as DTDC. If DTDC not available for selected place, will consider safe way to ship by other couriers.

What is the average shipping duration? 

Approximately 3-5 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and local or national public holidays) depending upon your location in India. It may delay for special cause or subject to make product on order may be delay in days.

Do you charge  extra for shipping ? Do I have to pay GST?

Shipping charges are varies place by place. It is mentioned with price. All products excuding GST 18%. So. Tax invoice will be issue with shipping products.

Do you deliver at all the locations across India? 

For pre-paid orders we deliver at all the pin codes in India.

Can you deliver at a preferred time?

You can mention your preferred time at the time of placing your order. We can ship By air as urgent at your cost ,generally call up before sending eway bill. 

Can I track my order online?

Yes. Once the order is shipped, the tracking ID is uploaded and you can track it online by logging into “my account” section.

I have specific instructions relating to delivery of my order. What do I do?

You can either call us up on 9879060360  before placing the order or mention your instructions in the “message box” available at the time of placing your order online.

Do you deliver outside India? 

Presently we do not deliver outside India. However, we plan to start this service soon.   

 

 

 

CANCELLATION, RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND WARRANTIES

PURCHASES

Software purchases are for a perpetual license and include 1 year free software upgrades from the date of purchase. Software is delivered in form of digital download. Please refer to the Rotocular Software EULA for additional information pertaining to software upgrades and support.

Hardware purchases typically ship within 10 business days as some time make to order product to the shipping address provided. Warranty information is included on each individual product page.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All purchases made through Rotocular include a 7 day money back guarantee.

For all orders of digital good placed through shop.rotocular.com: The 7 day period commences when product delivered date. To be eligible for the refund, customers must notify us via email (sent to: rotocular@gmail.com). Please read notes with all digital goods for licensing for trial periods.

 

For all orders that include shipping physical goods: The 7 day period begins from the date of trial software install or when physical goods are delivered – whichever is deemed to happen first. To be eligible for a refund, customers must notify us via email (sent to rotocular@gmail.com ) who will reply and provide return instructions. Item must be returned in the original condition and include the original packaging. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned goods.

Refund’s will be issued to the original method of payment and can take 15 business days to appear back on payment account. Rotocular will notify you to confirm a refund has been processed.

 

 

LIMITED HARDWARE WARRANTY

Rotocular warrants that each Product is free from defects in materials and workmanship.

Rotocular warrants, that at Rotocular’s own discretion, it will provide new Customer Replacement Parts to be replaced by customer , or repair the Product by itself, or exchange the Product for a new one, without any charge to Customer, in the case a Product is failing to function properly, under normal use during the Limited Warranty Period (the “Limited Warranty”).

The Limited Warranty Period starts on the date of Product shipment to the customer directly from Rotocular or from authorized reseller.

Limited Warranty Period for all hardware products, unless otherwise noted under purchase terms, is 12 month under normal use.

The Warranty can be optionally extended (by purchasing warranty extension option), provided that the warranty is continuous and that the extension option is purchased prior the previous Warranty Period has expired.

Customer may be required to provide proof of purchase as a condition of receiving warranty service. This Limited Warranty is extended to the original end-user purchaser only and is not transferable.

Limited Warranty is NOT in effect until Rotocular, or its authorized reseller receives full due amount of purchase invoice. Customer will be required to return defective product at their own expense. Once Rotocular or repair service receives the Product it will be repaired – and shipped back to the Customer, at Rotocular’s expense. Rotocular is obliged to repair or to replace the Product – within 10 working days or more from the date of its reception or it may dependent on special reason of making machine part availability.

Rotocular reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refund the purchase price instead of replacing the Product.

Customer Replacement Part (CRP)

The Customer Replaceable Part (the CRP) applies to product failure where the identified defect is related to a part that can be, as determined by Rotocular, self-serviced by Customer. The CRP may include motor drives, power supplies, and/or whole chassis replacements. Rotocular will provide detailed instructions on replacement of the CRP in a form of online tutorial videos and/or online manuals and instructions. The customer is obliged to send – the broken part at its own expense to Rotocular. Rotocular will ship the CRP to the customer within 10 working days or more as special part availability from the date the broken part was received at its own expense. In special situations, Rotocular at its own discretion may accept to send CRP before it received the broken part from the customer.

 

Rotocular will have no obligation to provide any warranty or Services for, or may in Rotocular’s sole discretion charge additional fees for: (a) altered or modified Products or Products from which the serial number or any warranty seal has been removed or that have been damaged or rendered defective; (b) Products that are damaged as a result of repairs by anyone other than Rotocular or its Service Provider, accident, misuse, abuse, or other external causes or not related to any Product error; (c) Products used other than as specified in the Rotocular user’s manual or specifications or operated outside the usage parameters stated in the user documentation

 

Can I cancel my order after making a payment? 

Yes. For any cancellation you need to call on 9879060360 or send an e-mail to . However, an order can be cancelled rotocular@gmail.com only before it is shipped out.

 If I have cancelled my order, how shall I get the refund? 

The transfer shall be initiated through online bank transfer. Since the same is third party system dependant, a refund takes up to 15 working days. We request your patience during this period.

What if I receive a damaged product? 

Please accept the product from the courier and call on 9879060360 immediately. Depending on your preference, we will either replace the product or process a refund.
